Thomas Bailey Smith is a native of Lexington, KY, and a former U.S. Air Force B-52 radar navigator/bombardier. He graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1993. After graduation, he and his family relocated to Greenville, SC, where he joined the law practice of Haynsworth, Baldwin, Johnson & Greaves. While there, he defended clients in employment and environmental matters as well as workers’ compensation claims. In 1997, Tommy founded his own practice, where he concentrated on employment-related matters including wrongful discharge, discrimination, and workers’ compensation cases. He also regularly represented clients in the areas of construction law, property matters, medical malpractice, and a wide range of other civil matters in state and federal court.

At Smith & Smith Attorneys, Inc., Tommy represents clients in matters of employment lawworkers’ compensationconstruction laweducation law, and medical malpractice.

Tommy is admitted to practice in the state of South Carolina, the United States District Court, District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Andrew T. Smith is a native of Easley, SC who served in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2012. Andrew served as an infantryman in Afghanistan, where he was awarded the Purple Heart and Combat Action Ribbon. Andrew graduated from the College of Charleston and graduated summa cum laude from the Charleston School of Law.

Andrew regularly practices in the areas of workers’ compensationemployment law, and construction law.

Andrew is admitted to practice in the state of South Carolina, the United States District Court, District of South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
